Kris B. Kimmel Construction Drafting, Inc. was founded June 14, 2004. Located in Rochester, NY, it is owned and operated by me, Kris B. Kimmel, President. I offer a variety of construction drafting services, specializing in heating, ventilating, and air conditioning coordination and shop drawings. I am also pleased to offer the same services to plumbing, electrical, and piping contractors.

I am a graduate of SUNY Brockport with a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics. Having worked at a union HVAC shop for twelve years prior to forming my own corporation, I have well-rounded knowledge of the industry.

In my first year of operation I completed the coordination drawings for House 2 of the West Campus Residential Initiative at Cornell University; a new seven-story residence hall. I was responsible for all of the HVAC, plumbing, piping, and electrical coordination drawings. Subsequently, I managed the mechanical cordiantion for House 3, House 4, and House 5 of the W.C.R.I. at Cornell University in addition to drafting the piping, plumbing and electrical work. Other notable completed projects include work on the James P. Wilmot Cancer Center and Ophthalmology department at Strong Hospital as well as the Gateway Building at Ithaca College.

Current major projects include the Physical Science Building and the Animal Health Diagnostics Center, both at Cornell University.
